Having RENA spare parts warehouses in several countries around the world means that we can meet a given basic requirement for our customers. Our spare parts packages ensure even more reliable and individual coverage.
Spare parts packages
High supply reliability through individually tailored packages
To minimize the risk of increased downtimes using individually tailored spare parts packages, these packages are put together specifically for the customer, for one or more types of machine. The packages include varying numbers of the spare parts and consumables most frequently needed. You therefore choose to have direct access and stock on site. As soon as you have used a spare part from your spare parts package, you can order a replacement, without being under any time pressure or obligation to pay expensive express delivery costs. Spare parts removed from spare parts packages during the machine’s warranty period for any breakdown that is not the customer's fault will be replaced free of charge.
