A great platform for exchange - RENA Technologies at the Semicon Europa trade fair in Munich

RENA Technologies GmbH is once again exhibiting at SEMICON Europa 2024, which took place in Munich from November 12 to 15, 2024. The trade fair, which is organized in cooperation with electronica, is held under the motto “Innovation and Collaboration: Powering Sustainable Exponential Growth”. 

SEMICON Europe supports the European semiconductor ecosystem and highlights the critical role that innovation and strategic collaboration play in driving sustainable exponential growth.

RENA Technologies GmbH is the one-stop store for flexible, fully automated wet process solutions. Seamlessly integrable in semiconductor factories and equipped with infinite handling combinations such as carrierless and LMC. The focus is on automation and wet process solutions for differentwafer types such as Si, glass, SiC, GaN, GaAs, InP as well as different wafer sizes and thicknesses.

At the RENA Technologies booth in hall C1, booth C1755, the new compact wet processing platform for automated etching, cleaning, decoating and drying processes called “Revolution+” was officially presented.
With its flexible and modular design, this system offers even more options for customer-specific configurations. The high-throughput tool offers live tracking and monitoring of all parameters during production in the smallest possible space.
